                        Methods of Lifting

Based on the Russian Conjugate system of training and Westside Barbell methods of strength training. Consist of three methods- Maximal Effort, Dynamic Effort, Repetitive Effort. The training is unique in that the system is based on the strength of the individual lifter and is set with the goals of training natural atheletes.

I am part of a unique team of powerlifters that strive to be the best. I will never fear the weight, and I will always  have trust in my spotters. I will push my body to the limits to be the best. As a member of Team Mayhem I will allways show class and dignity to my team and fellow competitors.  I will always push the team to succeed. I will be a mentor. Heart, Dedication, and  Toughness is all that is needed .All others can stand aside or get out of the way! Team Mayhem is on the move
